Wear it loudly
I absolutely love this earring as it is snug, not too tight or too loose. When the kanso falls off, it is just the right weight hanging from my ear before I correct it. It is not painful, extremely cute, and I’m in love with it! I would highly recommend to all cochlear implant users. It’s a great gift, doesn’t rust and much better than the company’s lame hair clips that are uncomfortable. These are perfect, doesn’t get awkward and looks fashionable.

Love it! The cuff doesn’t hurt and looks very classy while keeping my baha safe and secure. I just received my replacement baha because I’d mindlessly hump it and then watch it bounce on the floor lol. This product is much needed!
